NEED HELP! UNABLE TO REINSTALL FSX

Im unable to reinstall FSX and get a msg that says Failed to load ( DLL. GameuxInstallHelper ) I put in disk 1 and it just jumps to intall disk 2 then gives that msg. Do I need to do a system restore or is there a fix for this. Error code 0x80040702 if this helps.

Update to my post. Was able to get FSX reinstalled with help from Microsoft Support and FIXIT program. Something to do with Registry files. Still having screen issues though.

UPDATE- Believe I have screen issues fixed for now. Just uninstalled and put it back on under a different administrators account....
