Can I install FSX/ACCELERATION and run it in XP mode on Windows 7 Professional? Had to uninstall again after getting the dreaded FATAL ERROR msg again and FSX stopped working.

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium. I found a fix for the problem, however, I'm not sure if it will work for Professional of if you've already tried this. Search for a file called UIAutomationCore.dll download it and drop it into your main FSX folder. Next, highlight and right mouse click the fsx.exe file and select properties, check box compatibility mode to on and select Windows XP (Service Pack 2). Also, check the "run as administrator" to on. Click "Apply" and then "OK". I ran my first successful flight in long time with Carenado's Cessna 340A without any problems. Hope this helps.
