but i do get 2 error messages when i start the sim up...
its sais something about scenery cfg:couldn't find area ___

Ok, I'm glad we've finally decided on that.

If you're certain it's installed & activated properly there's no reason why it won't show up. Perhaps your scenery complexity settings need tweaking.

I don't know what you're expecting to see. This is what the Ketchikan Harbor seaplane base looks like from the air in my FSX on the Dense setting.


This is the start point of the SE water runway.
