Took a look at the 747 and indeed there is no switch that turns on the pitot heater. (The anti-ice switch does not)

For a quick fix edit the Panel.cfg file section;

[Window04]
........
ident=OVERHEAD_PANEL
.......

Make room and paste the following line below the gauge12= line

gauge13=KingAir!pitot_switch, 70, 9, 10, 20

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
