I always see plenty of eagles/hawks whatever they are.

I also notice loading various scenery add-ons mostly cater for extra bird life, some places I flew even had parrots flying above tree lines.

Hitting them? I don't think that is possible, and if it was I would have loved to see a bell livery for SPCA  ;D
