I have to admit droppable weapons would be very cool .. This is a bomber after all .... :)

Other than that the VC does it for me every time -- detail ---

To get the flight skills close to the real one.
Forget the weapons, but the droptanks.

for me, an accurate start up procedure. for some crazy reason I love having to use a manual to start a bird up, until I memorize it. then I can brag to my friends that I know how to start up a F-111 8-)

As an option only please! (if you do it) That is one thing that would make me delete any FS aircraft - If I HAD to go through the procedure ... (each to his own)

I'm with Pete on this one. Accurate startup procedures are fine when you have plenty of time and I sometimes use them, but when I only have a half hour to spare for a quick flight ctrl+E is very usefull indeed.

An accurate depiction of a really F-111...none of those  fictional "what if'" paint's or add-ons.

wait ....what? :-?

did you create a visual effect that allows you in FSX see and object detach from the fuselage and fall to "x" altitude to the ground? visually?

please I'm interested how did you do that?

Ok I'm sorry  misunderstood this thread

I think is possible Steve ,when we apply the default visual attachpointtools effects we can see even chickens in one of many caming out from the fuselage  ;D fire explosions UFO etc
there must be one ,I doubt the posibility to see and object touch the ground ,but I think is possible to see fuel tanks drop able,  ;)

:P maybe its even already done out there ,I'm always under a rock  ;D

You seriously want to know? My issue right now now seems to be sub par paint jobs. Model may be 100% accurate and it may have a lot of cool features (bomb drop, dump and burn etc) but if the paint job makes it look like a toy i'm not interested.

..from a guy with no F-111s in his vast inventory.

I thank everyone for there input. Please keep it coming.

We will do what we can with the model we have to work with. Things I never thought possible in FSX have be accomplished on this F-111.
