Thomas Ruth and a330 templates

Hello,
I am in the process of making new liveries for Ruths wonderful freeware Airbuses. A big part of this is making new templates for a fresher, cleaner, crisp look. My problem is that I've downloaded all his templates (that I could find) but I only have the grid for his RR engined a330. Could someone help me find his templates, most importantly the grids, for his PW and GE a330 models? edit - alternatively: is there anyway to contact him?
