2D Panel views in FSX...

Postby Fozzer » Tue May 01, 2012 5:24 am

One of the things I like in FS 2004, with certain (default) aircraft, is the ability to lower the top of the 2D panel window (for a better view) by dragging it down with the mouse, and then filling the gap by dragging down the bottom of the upper window.
This then remains the setting for all subsistent changes in views... :-*..!

But ...

In FSX, the setting is OK until I change views, then when returning to the panel view a gap persists between the bottom of the top window and the top of the Panel window, which requires correcting each time!... :'(...!

Is there a way of ensuring that my original 2D panel setting remains the same, even though I change various views?

Paul....I love 2D Panels!.... [smiley=evil.gif].... ;D...!

Dont play with [Default View] when you make your third days diner ::) ;)

But you're right. Fsx/win7 is a master to change things in every program added, even when saving something!
