D:\D2Feat-4 Error

Ok im installing FSX on my mac with Parallels, and it keeps getting the error above.  I looked in the disk file and its there.  The error is asking to "Verify" that it exists.  And is this an Anti-Piracy measure (I bought FSX!!)?  so any help...Please? :(
