If your drive was filled due to oodles and oodles of add-ons, what you could have done if you had, or have, an external hard drive, is to create a "Storage hanger" and trimmed down your sim object folder and store those aircraft that you downloaded and only flew once, on the external drive (Just keep the default aircraft and your absolute favorites in FSX).

Every now and again I have to get a new Hard Drive, and start all over again....

I accumulate so much "stuff" in my Hard drive that trying to un-install/delete some of it makes very little difference to the remaining space!

Bite the bullet, and start again, with a new slate!... ;)...!

They don't cost much, nowadays...(Slates and Hard Drives)... ;)...!

Paul....with a room full-up with old, full-up, Hard Drives!... ;D...!

Now is not the best time to purchase a hard drive. Thailand floods send PC hard drive prices soaring
