CS Weapon Addon

Hello i recently installed the captainsim weapon addon. I hae acceleration and that comes with sp2. I get all the menus and i load the aircraft and they say armed. When i get into fsx and flip master arm and try to use the shortcuts nothing happens. I also get 000 for all weapon amounts. I really want to use this addon please help! :'(

I have it and didn't have any problems.  Have you e-mailed them and asked for assistance?
