I have the Globe Swift by Lynn and Bill Lyons and the classic aircraft does not have transparent windows and most of the guages don't work.  How can I fix this issue?

AS I can see, it's a FS2002 plane that was already ported over to FS9, and you're trying to use it under FSX. It'd to be expected it would have some issues.

The gauges do not work because of the by now old problem that a lot of legacy planes' gauges do not work under FSX, and as about the windows... if the graphic problem is limited to the outside view, and while seating inside the cockpit looking out is still possible, I'd suggest you to endure the all in all small model problem and try to replace the old and not working gauges with new ones.

If inside the cockpit is, on the other hand, impossible to look outside, then the model is wholly unusable under FSX and you must search another plane or switch to FS9. :P
There is no such a thing as overkill. Only unworthy targets.
