Install a BGL file?

I've noticed while trying to add some scenery, the file may contain a BGL file only. Readme instructions say to copy this to the add-on scenery file as normal. Nothing shows in the library when I open FSX afterward. Any ideas?

You have to copy it to FSX/addon scenery/scenery otherwise nothing will show up....then close FSX if its open, then open FSX and the file will be activated.

That is what I'm adding the BGLs to, I just left out one "scenery". They do not show in the library in FSX.
