Missing files in sound folder

FSX including FSX Steam version.

Missing files in sound folder

Just downloaded my first couple of free planes.  Both have only one file in the sound folder...sound.cfg

They are both missing all the wave files.  Whats up with this?

What does the sound.cfg say?

Are the sounds aliased to another plane?
