I'm looking for a general aviation plane that I can use to introduce pilots to mutli-engine flying, especially engine-failures. The big problem is that none of the twin-engine piston planes I've tried in FSX so far can hold a heading with an engine out. The ball drifts out of center even with full rudder at typical single-engine climb speeds. I have thousands of hours in non-virtual twin Cessnas, so I know what to expect and I can't find it in a FSX aircraft. Any suggestions? The Beech Baron that comes with FSX is typical of what I see in other twins I've tried.
Is there any way to modify the plane's flight characteristics to give the rudder more authority? That might solve my problem.
Thx!
