Installing add-on A/C

I am getting back to flying after a couple of years layoff and am having problems installing Aircraft, below is what happens:

aircraft shows up all white no texture on main screen
when I fly now, Still no texture, some gauges missing and I am in mid flight
Most recently tried the OV10 with the auto installer and same thing.

deluxe version
acceleration pack

any help would be appreciated
