FSX install all screwed up

Tried installing FS2004 again just for fun and i'm assuming it pointed to my FSX folder (I must have missed it) so now my install is messed up.

Reinstalled mesh and GEX US/Canada. Flying over Kauai where the coast line is supposed to be. You'll see the terrain that shouldn't be there underwater.

Anyone know how/where i should fix this or should i reinstall?

Try running a repair install and then reinstall GEX, etc. If that doesn't work - I'd guess an uninstall and clean reinstall is in order.
