Plane falls through carrier deck

I recently downloaded a gps enabled carrier (plymouth, aegean, and saudi arabia) but my when i start a free flight from the carrier, my plane immediatley falls through.  Can anyone offer any suggestions as to why this happens.

2. starting location set too low on the deck, so it is actually BELOW the hardened surface.
