need help setting up FSX...

just got my pc working again, had a little bios issue...
my system is as follows:

Processor: AMD Phenom II 965 (not OC'ed)
Memory: 4gb DDR2 800 PC6400 CL6.0 Memory Module
Hard Drive: Branded 1tb Sata 7200rpm 16mb Cache HDD
Graphics Card: GTS 250 1gb

Any direction on what I should be looking at in terms of set up?

You can find your FSX.cfg here:

XP
C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR ACCOUNT NAME\Application Data\Microsoft\FSX\fsx.cfg

Vista
C:\Users\YOUR ACCOUNT NAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX\fsx.CFG

That wouldn't help. Each fsx.CFG will be different to suit individual systems.
