AI traffic bounce around then disappear

AI traffic bounce around then disappear

Hi, I have a flight of F-16s. Thunderbirds to be exact in an AI traffic plan. When I load teh airport, I can see them all bounce around, then bounce into the air, then eventually crash and disappear. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
