Can I cause overspeed buffeting within speed limit?

I think that is the right term anyway.

Ever since I turned down the realism (engine stress and g force no longer break my aircraft) I've noticed how much more fun it is to fly at overspeed in something like the F/A-18 because the aircraft jumps around a little bit more and I think it is a bit more realistic to control.

Is there any way to get my aircraft to do the same but when I am under over-speed, so at typical flying speeds?

Well if you want a lot of maneuverability, go into the cfg file.

Under   [Flight_Tuning]

Adjust the effectiveness accordingly.

Has Aileron, elevators and a couple other things under it.
