FSX including FSX Steam version.

I would love to get HDE but can only find it for FS9. Can I get it for FSX? And if yes where can I get it? If no does the FS9 one work in FSX?

the FS9 HDE cloud textures should work in FSX......

This should increase my FS enjoyment by 10 fold, but the download link appears to be non-exsitant! Any ideas?
