textures

I am a real novice. I downlaoded "2Default_MSAIRPAC_MD-83_FSX" and have tried to put it in my MD-83 file but the SIM does't show the textures. I even tried to load just the individual folders and don't see anything.

Hi there. If you say which page this file is posted on perhaps someone can download it & check it out for you.

Maybe you are required to add files from previous textures yourself. This is common with FS2004 FSX upgrades such as the Olsson F-86.
If I were you I could compare the desired texture file with the texture file of another MD-83 to see if anything is missing. If this is the case, you will need to copy the missing files from the other folder and then put them in 2Default_MSAIRPAC_MD-83_FSX.
This has happened a few times to me and it seems to work!
