Kirk Olsson's F-86-Tectures

I have recently downloaded the freeware FSX F-86 by Kirk Olsson. It's a very impressive aircraft, but I have had a few problems applying new textures.
Sites such as www.gjsmith.net and sectionf8.com appear to have textures which they say work on both FS2004 and FSX, but when I apply them to the aircraft they do not work.
Are the textures not compatable with FSX as claimed?

PS. If you have not already downloaded it I reccomend you do. Many people say it is possibly the best freeware aircraft out there!

The sectionF8 F86 and Kirk Olssen F-86 are 2 different aircraft.

Are you trying to add SectionF8 F86 textures to Kirk Olssen's F-86? That will not work

AFAIK the SF8 F86 does work in FSX and if you add texures such as Garry Smith's for that a/c they should work.
