Activation Fail - Continued --Now Solved

if it happens i just call microsoft and they fix it up within 10 mins of me calling

i did try calling the number that appears on the phone activation screen... i got the 'this number does not exist' message

You can uninstall and reinstall FSX on the same computer as many times as you want but you can only have FSX on 2 different computers.

sorry to bump the thread again... but a new problem has come up...

i bought Acceleration yesterday, and today, when i went to install it, it prompted me to activate FSX before installing the expansion...

the problem is that i can't activate it... i thought the problem would go away after a while, but it insists i have FSX installed too many times (i don't really)

the number it gives me to activate by phone does not exist... (that's a problem of living in a tech support hell like Brazil...) so, i might call the US number, and pray for an answer... or do something else, which i don't know what would be right now... so i'm hoping to get some ideas from you guys...

Ok, get this:

i called the US number to get a phone activation... after going through all the steps, i got to talk to this guy, who told me FSX could only be installed on ONE computer at a time, and i would have to purchase ANOTHER COPY!!!
