Ilyushin 18 problems

I downloaded a IL-18 here, http://www.avsim.su/files.phtml?action= ... d=8896&hl=
It basically works, the gauges seem ok. Though I've got this problem. Anyone know how to fix it?

Look in Panel.cfg for render_3d_window=1 entries. Either change the 1 to 0 or delete the whole line.
