The sky in FSX, for me anyway,  used to transition very smoothly from dark to light and from one color to the next during dusk or dawn flights.  For some reason that has changed and I'm seeing some definite 'banding' (see screen shot below).  The banding is much more pronounced in game than what this shot is showing.  I don't have any clue why this is happening or exactly when it started.  I have FSX SP2 with UTX, GEX, and FEX SHD.  I have implemented Nick's system and Nhancer tweaks.  Vidcard is 8800GTS running at 1920x1200x32 on a Dell 24" LCD.  Does anyone have any idea why this may be happening?  Thanks.

Check you desktop resolution setting to see if it is the
same as the FSX setting. Also, check that your color
is set to 32-bits.

I recall having had that 'banding' problem quite some time
back and discovered that my color setting had changed.
