i am wondering if someone would be kind enough to explain what a "AFCAD" file is and what it does? I have been noticing alot of these while searching for new sceneries and am curious if they are better/worse/or the same as secenry packages. and also how do you go about installing these?

thank you for those who reply

That ADE needs FSX SDK isn't 100% true, it only needs it to compile airports.

Without SDK, a person can send the ADE to someone with SDK, who can then compile it.
