how to organize fligh planner manually instead of automatic VOR and intersections points. I want to do it by myself, is it possible to apply or write approach plate on flight planner.

You can edit the flight plan manually, by adding or deleting way-points.. you can even click and drag them..

I suppose you could force the approach plate into the flight planner by individual way-points, but there's no need to do this. Your flight is all but over by the time you're flying the approach. The approach does not need to be part of the flight plan.

A filed flight plan (in sim or for real), is just to get you up TO the approach. In fact, the last transission you'll get from ATC (before being turned over to the tower) is,
