Help with screen lock up

Anytime I go from the VC to any outside view and come back to the VC it locks up......tight!  It does go bsack to the VC but then locks.

Any help would be apreciated.

My specs are pretty good,  don't know them exactly.....XPhome.......4gig ram, dual core sumum pretty good, and a 8600 GT graphics card.

I have done the fresh install per the thread here a while back, and just recently a defrag again with O&O.  I do not put junk on my computer such as worthless downloads, and I have zero addons.  Running the Acceleration with FSX.

What do you mean by lock?
