Acceleration adds the Merlin helicopter, F-18, the P-51 reno racer, and numerous missions.

In short, yes its worth it.  ;D

You can race P-51s around the pylon course at Reno, which is worth the money right there. You have Red Bull aerobatic competitions around the world, you have carrier landings in a nicely-done F-18, and you have multiple other adventures.

Th hornet with carrier operations, helicoptor, and Service Pack 2 make it well worth it. Only done a couple missions, so I really couldn't care less for them, but to each his own....

It also adds alot of extra scenery, expecially of istanbull where they made a Red Bull air race mission.
