Does FSX deluxe come with an instructor program like FS2004 did? And if it does, can you use it without opening FSX up completely?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean?

There's a program called FS Instructor or something.

There are also the lessons in FSX.

Like where a person can hook up to your flight and cause failures and the like. FS9 had a separate program for that.
