payware 727 fsx problems

I have got myself a 727 for fs2004 which aparently to flight1 should be flyable in fsx, I have got hold of it and installed it... just transfer the files from the aircraft folder to the simobjects airplanes folder and it should work.... not so... I go into fsx aircraft selection to click on the aircraft, get prompted by two boxes to run the new guages then an instant closure of fsx after accepting the last guage.... this apparently happened in fs2004 too so it cant be a compatability issue.  Any ideas????

You have to be carefull when someone says an older FS2004 aircraft is compatible with FSX. It may work fine in FSX/SP1, and be completely screwed up in FSX/SP2

Like I said.... some people seem to have the same problem with fsx crashing on this aircraft on fs2004

get rid of it and download Alrot's 727

I got the 727 for its systems and its detail compared to the real thing... i need to get it working.
I dont care about others... I have tried them already and besides the fact I have payed for this 727... IM NOT JUST THROWING IT AWAY
