F/A-18 tutorial

I can more or less fly the F/A-18 but I know I could do a lot better if  I could get the gear up and various other things for example: what are the uses and names for all of those buttons and levers? I am embarrassed   to say that I cannot find a tutorial on this AC although I would hate to think that Microsoft would put this in FSX and not include some information.  Did  :-[they?

The F-18 is one of my favorite in FSX because they made it so complex.  My advise is to turn on tooltips and put the cursor over the button. It should tell you what its for. Other then that just click things.
