Vista Uber Tweak

Might there be someone out there who has delved as deep into Vista as Nick has into XP?

If so, would they have a general performance tweak such as in Nick's sticky?

I really like many of the Vista features and have this copy of Ultimate lying around.  Would like to pin Vista's ears back on memory usage and processes as Nick's tweak does for XP.  Unfortunately, I have no clue where to begin...So little time...So many miles...
