FSX splash screen

I downloaded this splash screen for FSX but i don't know how to install it i donwloaded it as a .rar file

Unzip it using WinRar to some folder.
If its not called dlgsplash.bmp then rename it to that.
Now in your C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Uires\ folder rename the current dlgsplash.bmp to dlgsplash.bak
Now copy your new dlgsplash.bmp into this C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Uires\ folder.
Start the game
