Aircraft.cfg won't edit?

Aircraft.cfg won't edit?

I opened it in notepad, entered what I wanted, selected 'save' but Vista wouldn't let me save the changes.

Ideas?

Fixes?

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
