Help downloading

I have to Hit Save as intead of just saving it because it just opens and my computer thinks a word program.
any help please
cause I cant use Avsim and other Websites now

What OS are you using?  Windows XP, Vista, ME...?

Hmm, I use Vista also.  The only time I see a "save as" is if I right-click an image, and then is asks "save image as.."

You're *right* clicking the link instead of simply *left* clicking the link?

That will give you a "save target as" option, but that should work, too.

What does the "save as type" line say at the bottom of the destination window?  It should say "Compressed (zipped) folder".  If it doesn't, what shows up when you click on the little "down" arrow to the right of that "type" line?
