How do you copy a VC to another plane?

You don't. The "VC" is part of the model (.mdl) and cannot be "copied."

If you're dealing with a true FSX model, where the "VC" is contained in a separate xxx_interior.mdl file, then you can copy/paste tha file to another true FSX aircraft, but strange results are the most likely outcome...

If both planes are 100% FSX, compiled soley for FSX per the SDK; you "can" swap interior models.

You just have to make sure it's referenced properly in the model.cfg file, and that any of the needed bitmaps for the interior model are in the appropriate texture folder(s).. and that you have the appropriate panel folder in there.

Another complication is the model's origin. For example.. if you put the Lear's interior model into the CRJ... your vantage point will be wrong. You'd be sitting too far back.

For planes of similar size, it works quite well. I've been testing the flight dynamics for a Citation.. and until we worked out an accurate VC, I was using the default Lear VC, while creating an accurate aircraft.cfg file.
