head phones for fsx?

do i have to have a certiant kind of head phones to be able to talk cause im using regular ones with a mic that i got from wal-mart and i cant people can here me when i talk to them.

make sure you hit Caps Lock when talking, cause if your just sepaking into your mic no one will hear you, and if your on a pro ATC session make sure your on the right frequency

Are you sure the mic is active? (can you hear it in your headphones or speakers?)

i got it i wasent hitting the caps lock lol..
