Many Problems

Hey Guys,
1st problem I'm having is a lot of of downloads are having black windscreens F-16s, F4Ud, AN-26s, I know its a SP2 thing but any ideas? 2ns problem is my waves have turned BLACK or into boxes althougther, the wakes on ships are there but black and even my contrails are black. I have normal clouds. And I'm not running UTX. So wourld restalling fix my waves/contrails? Or is there and better idea?
FSX SP2 Vista 64bit e4500 2.4ghz, 4gb mem, genforce 7600gs vid.
