Scenery for FSX

I downloaded the carribbean scenery off this site and went to install it. I got to the part where I add it to my scenery library whem I'm actually in FSX. Does anyone know what else I have to do to get this scenery to work. Shouldn't the new cities come up when I search for the in free flight?

No change is made to any of the lists of cities in FSX. Scenery is visual only...  :D
