Scenery Library

I know I asked this before, but what is the best set up for the scenery library? I have UTX, GEX, I moved them (library settings) around a bit to try to figure out what's best, but now I'm at a loss, sort of.... :-?

Any guidance is appreciated!

I KNOW it's a stupid Q.....  

Here's what it's at...

UT Landclass Custom
UT Usa Ground Polygons
UT FSX Object repositioning
UT Landclass Urban
UT Landclass vegetation
UT Usa roads

and more....but it's the first few I'm looking for help in determining their priority....

They should fall in this order:

UT FSX Waterclass
UT FSX Object Repositioning
UT USA Ground Polygons
UT USA Water
UT USA Railroads
UT USA Roads
UT Landclass - Custom
UT Landclass - Urban
UT Landclass - Vegetation
UT USA Lighting
UT Exclusions For Default Scenery
