F-16 Gauges No longer work with SP2

I have the F-16 from the downloads page and after installing SP2 I get an error for most of the gauges saying they cannot be used because they were made for Flight Sim 98 or earlier.  Any way around this I love this plane

Have you downloaded the F-16 updates from the FSX Military page, I fly this all the time with Acceleration that included SP2 and have not had any problems.  Try downloading the F-16 Viper Israeli AF on Page 2 and use the panel from that plane, do not use the updated panel from the FSX panel section.

The only thing that I have run across is that the canopy is opaque in the VC, but since I do not fly this in VC mode I do not pay any attention to it and there is a fix I have just not got around to getting the program required to redo the textures for the canopy.  Also in 2D the canopy is no longer see through, you can see the pilot and cockpit interior, but you can no longer see through to the clouds and whatever on the other side of the plane.

I did download the update at 1st page of fsx military and second page Isaralia air force f-16, but I still can not see the HUD and MFD in FSX.
maybe I am nut, but could anyone illuminate me?
in the panel&effect folder, there are 3 sub foolders, effect, gauges and panel. I copy content in effect folder to FSX main effect no question. but how to deal the gauge folder? there are 1 zip file, 2 gauge files and a subfolder dsbxml. I copy the dsbxml folder, 2gauge files and unziped f86gauges to FSX main Gauge folder. another time I put the zip f-86gauges file to fsx gauge, without unzip. all of these try don't work. where are those .cab files refered in readme instruction?
could anyone help?
and about afterburn I did download DBS taphoon afterburn but it dosen't work also
