I have searched but I cant find it!

I can not find a fix for the FSX stobelights. I know there is one because I had it on my old computer. Any help please?
Windows 7 Home Premium (x64) ,2.70 gigahertz AMD Phenom II X6 1045T(6-core), two HD (1TB and 500GB), 8gb RAM, ATI Radeon HD 5570,

I guess nobody else could find it either. Can Nicks lights for 2004 be used for FSX?

NO NO NO NOOOOOO

Its Not for FSX it dont work in FSX and dont put it in it dont help
