i dont know how to find heading

the title says it all i usually fly a leerjet the default one that u get ingame. How do i find heading in general so when ATC sasy go to heading 180 i know what they arae acutally talking about

BTW its my first tiome on these forums

Welcome to the forum, it's one of the most helpful places on the web.

First, could I suggest you go to the learning section of the game and work your way through the tutorials.  That way you can learn to fly and use the simulator in a planned way.

In the case of an advanced aircraft like the Learjet the Directional Indicator is built into the two main displays.  The one on the left is the Primary Flight Display and it has the arc of a compass built into it.  The number at the top is the compass degree that your aircraft is flying, and you turn the plane toward the direction of the new heading.

But this is a dreadfully simple explanation of a complex cockpit, even with the simplified default aircraft.

Go to the Learning Section, do the tutorials and fly one of the simpler training aircraft like the Cessna 172 that have a basic set of instruments known as the Sacred Six.   Even the most modern plane has these even if they are combined into fancy LCD displays.
