Smooth panning in VC

Postby Rudderbutt » Sun Jan 20, 2008 12:30 am

I've just upgraded to a GeForce 8800GTS 320mb video card (two actually, but I understand SLI is not an advantage in FSX).
I still get a jerky and rather too fast pan in the virtual cockpit.
I'm running an AMD dual core with 4 gigs of RAM

Is there any way to smooth out the movement?

at the top of the FSX board their is a sticky about setting up FSX

read the part about config edits and the bufferpool size edit should help you out.

If you hold down the Space bar that gives you Mouse control of Pan and tilt of you view.

I some times find that easer than messing about with a hat switch.
