nhancer again

I downloaded the latest version of nHancer.

I found and selected FSX in the list, and got the message that nVidia had a set profile for FSX.  When I duplicated it, I got the message that my changes might not be accepted.

Has anyone had the same experience.

Version 2.3.2? You should have switched to that one 2 months ago


No worries, just make sure BOTH the profile AND global are set the same

and also make sure in the Nvidia control panel Vertical Sync is set to FORCE ON

You know how it is in the colonies Nick, messages come carved on sticks, or by pony!

No I am still on a 7900 card ahead of my upgrade and the 8800GTX may have problems but it outperforms this one totally.  

It goes back in with a quadcore 9650 at the end of the week.

The manufacturer simply replaced my own GTX which had an electrical fault.  It's not worth fixing them nowadays.  Talk about waste not want not!

I went back and read your nHancer setup instructions again.  You didn't mention turning Vertical Sync to "Force on".  Is that new?

Sorry, I understood that part as being part of nhancer setup and not nVidia control panel setup.

Do I set it to ON in both nhancer and nVidia control panel, or leave it to app controlled in nhancer with FORCE ON in the control panel?

all ON
