Finding the carrier?

Got acceleration and was wondering where the carrier is located to use during free flight, if even possible? Sorry if this has been gone over before, I did search but did not find any answers.
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

Download and install the aicarriers2r2 addon pack, which will allow you to place and control carriers and ships wherever. It's great, and easy to use. I love it.

We've been talking about carrier ops in the thread 'Carrier Landings'
