before i ask what is wrong and how to fix, could it be tile proxy? because i  have that and i remember someone saying that it runs from the internet and my internet is being very slow right now.

that's all you need to make it work, Yes it work with the internet but only if you hit this *.exe

Would you take a shot to have an idea what possibly is going wrong?

no i have no clue  :-?  i installed a payware program called megasceneryx:phoenix. but i delted it so it might not be that
